Refund Policy

All returns and refunds for BADRANO products are handled by Amazon under their official return policy. You can initiate a return directly from your Amazon order page within the eligible return window.

Sign in to your Amazon account, locate your BADRANO order under "Your Orders," and select "Return or replace items." Amazon will guide you through the process and issue your refund according to their policy.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to Amazon directly so they can arrange a replacement or refund. You may also email us at support@badrano.com so we can follow up on the product quality issue.

Because BADRANO does not process payments on this website, we cannot issue direct refunds. All refunds must be processed by Amazon.
